Terms of Service for Enix Hosting

1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By accessing and using the services provided by Enix Hosting through the website www.enixhosting.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service agreement.
1.2 Enix Hosting reserves the right to modify, update, or change the terms of this agreement at any time. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly review the terms for any updates.
2. Account Registration
2.1 To use Enix Hosting services, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
2.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for any activity that occurs under their account.
3. Service Usage
3.1 Enix Hosting provides virtual private servers and game hosting services for legitimate purposes only.
3.2 Users are prohibited from using Enix Hosting services for any illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.
4. Payment and Billing
4.1 Users agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the selected Enix Hosting services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms specified on the website.
4.2 Enix Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
4.3 Enix Hosting requires a minimum level of communication and effort to resolve issues before any refund can be issued.
4.4 Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date. Refunds will only be considered if the request meets the following conditions:
a. The service was not used or only minimally used.
b. There were technical issues on the part of Enix Hosting that could not be resolved within 7 days.
c. The request is accompanied by a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.
4.5 if the service is canceled during the time when a refund is being reviewed, this will automatically decline the refund.
4.6 Refunds will not be granted for the following:
a. Violation of the Terms of Service.
b. Change of mind or mistaken purchases.
c. Services that were fully delivered and utilized.
4.7 All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
4.8 Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
4.8 Enix Hosting reserves the right to deny any refund request if it believes the user is attempting to exploit the refund policy.
5. Content and Data
5.1 Users are solely responsible for the content and data stored on their virtual private servers.
5.2 Enix Hosting reserves the right to remove or disable any content that violates these terms or is deemed objectionable.
6. Termination of Services
6.1 Enix Hosting may suspend or terminate services if users violate the terms of this agreement.
6.2 Users may cancel their services at any time, but no refunds will be provided for prepaid periods.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Enix Hosting and its CEO Timothy Cook shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.
8. Governing Law
8.1 This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
